Catholic Online (www.catholic.org)  Terry Williams will die on October 3. PHILADELPHIA, PA (Catholic Online) - Williams brutally attacked and killed Norwood with a tire iron. Despite the brutality of the killing, a number of people, including the Roman Catholic Archbishop Charles Chaput, and the victim's 75 year-old widow, are asking for clemency.
What has not been publicly stated until recently is that Williams was brutally and sexually abused by Norwood and other men. These details were not properly presented at his trial. Despite the numerous pleas for clemency, Governor Corbett appears unlikely to grant clemency, having already signed the death warrant.
